We provide personal, group, corporate and school stargazing experiences. One of our knowledgeable astronomers comes with a high quality telescope which can be set up from your home (or somewhere close to home) and tour you through the night sky so you have more time exploring space and less time to worry about how the telescope works and where to find objects. Clear skies are precious and we don't have an abundance of them in the UK, so you don't want to miss the window of opportunity.
We offer 6 spaces for personal experiences, and recommend 2-4 people as this provides the optimal experience.
We offer more space for our group and school stargazing experiences.
We require full payment upfront after receiving your invoice, unless cash payment is discussed or a spread the cost option is agreed. Any outstanding payment is required prior to your experience date.
If your experience can't go ahead due to dense cloud coverage (>50%) or extreme weather events then we will re-book a new date with you and continue to do so until we are able to complete your experience. Typically it takes 1-6 attempts before we are able to complete someone's experience due to poor weather.
We are happy to do your experience at home. We would recommend checking out our important information page to find out about good observing locations. This will help you decide if your home location is suitable. If you need any advise please get in touch.
If you need to cancel your experience for any reason then please let us know ASAP. Payments are refundable for bookings 7 days prior to your experience date. Gift card orders are non-refundable.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the time you receive them. That's 365 days (366 if it's a leap year), which is 8750 hours, or 525,600 minutes. You'll have plenty of time to book :)
Unfortunately we don't offer the hiring of telescopes.
Forecasters make mistakes from time to time, no-ones perfect. If during your experience it becomes too cloudy and we haven't managed to complete at least 75% of your experience time then we will rearrange with you to come back and finish it.
We operate our experiences in England/Scotland/Wales, wherever people want us to complete their experience. Our prices include travel within a 20 mile radius of our home base in Stratford-Upon-Avon and if you are further a field you can check out our additional fuel costs here.

Our spread the cost option can be useful if you don't have the money straight away. There is 0% interest on the overall cost and this option is only available for experiences that are booked 3 months in advance and for gift cards. Any outstanding payment is required prior to the date or booking. Click here to find out more.
Gift experiences are NON-REFUNDABLE and expire 12 months from the time you receive the gift card in the post. Direct bookings (non-gift card related) won’t be offered a refund if you cancel before at least 6 attempts have been made to complete your stargazing experience as it does typically take 1-6 attempts to complete an experience due to the weather. After your 6th attempt has been made, if you’d a full refund then please contact us.
