Jordan made the whole process of booking really easy,from the moment I made my initial enquiry to keeping me informed of the weather, he was very professional, even suggesting the best location near to my home.
The night itself was one I will never forget, the way Jordan points out the stars with a lazer beam means that you know exactly which star /planet he is talking about, not just looking to the sky and second guessing. The opportunity to take photos of the things we had witnessed was mind-blowing.

Last night myself and my family had an incredible stargazing experience with Jordan where we viewed multiple planets, constellations and star clusters. We were even treated to some bonus shooting stars and captured some of the Aurora Borealis on camera. What more could you ask for in one experience!
Some months ago, we had tried and failed to have a star gazing experience by specially travelling up to Northumberland National Park which is renowned for dark skies, but poor weather intervened. Luckily, we had NOVA Stargazing recommended to us by the astronomer there, as someone we could link in with back in our own area - and we hit jackpot. The Warwickshire skies delivered, and Jordan was an expert and highly personable guide. He is knowledgeable, patient and tailors his direction to your level of knowledge. We have some fantastic photos of what we saw that evening, which Jordan was able to capture through attaching to his telescope.
Jordan will ensure the skies are clear enough for you to get your moneys-worth before you go ahead, and indeed he kept us updated throughout the day as to the rapidly changing weather conditions. Ensure you take his advice and wrap up warm - it got bitingly cold up the hill we were observing from - but it was worth every minute of the chill.
We will definitely be booking again for a follow up session - thanks so much Jordan for an excellent, highly memorable evening.

We had the most amazing stargazing experience with Jordan.
We were previously booked in for last November, but due to poor weather it was cancelled. Jordan was lovely and rescheduled to January to try and ensure we would have clear skies. We were kept updated of the weather/cloud cover on the day.
Jordan was helpful in giving an exact location of where to meet. Very welcoming and guided us into the field.
Jordan was very knowledgable and funny! You will laugh, a lot!
Take Jordan’s advice and wrap up warm, especially the feet!!
We saw some amazing planets, constellations and clusters of stars. We even saw a few bright shooting stars.
I would recommend this experience to anyone and we will book again.

I have never had an experience like this, purchased as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and I cannot believe how great this turned out.

Please if you are thinking of booking this with nova just go ahead and do it, you will thank yourself !!!

We got to see planets such as Jupiter mars and Saturn. Plenty of stars (along with some crazy facts)

Getting to see the full moon with his crazy telescope was one of the highlights, the details just take your breath away !!

If you’re thinking of booking an experience with Jordan, definitely do it! Jordan was extremely helpful and flexible when it came to booking a time and date that works for us. He kept us informed about the weather and cloud predictions in the days leading up to the experience and gave us all the information we needed. The location was was easy to find with the pin location and maps sent to us. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the experience and got to see the Moon and Jupiter as well as some galaxies and constellations. Jordan even guided us to be able to take photos on our phones through the telescope so that we have our very own pictures of everything we saw in the night sky. Jordan was friendly and professional throughout the experience. We were amazed by his knowledge and he was always happy to answer any questions that we had. Could not recommend this experience more!

What an amazing experience! My teenage son has an interest in Astronomy, so I decided to get him a star gazing experience for Christmas. I googled it and firstly came across the ones on the Virgin Experience day, which apart from being ridiculously expensive, wasn't quite what I was looking for. Then I came across NOVA Stargazing Experiences - and I'm so glad I did!

Jordan has the unique and added bonus of bringing the experience to you, saving us having to travel far, as we arranged to met him in the Brecon Dark sky reserve. Jordan was very helpful with the booking and responded promptly to any queries. The weather was not good for our original booking as there was too much cloud cover, but Jordan booked in us for a new date with no problem, keeping me up to date with the weather on the day, ensuring that we were still on for the experience.

Once we arrived at Brecon, we found Jordan easily as thankfully he provides a "what3words" location, so there was no chance of us getting lost on a mountain in the pitch black, where Google Maps has a meltdown. If you're worried about meeting a random stranger in the dark, in the middle of nowhere - don't be. Jordan was very knowledge, fun and easy going.

We booked for the 2 hour experience and it flew by. Jordan had a telescope the size of a cannon, and all the tech to go with it. He was able to show us so many things we couldn't see with the naked eye, explaining everything as we went along. My son, the usual "one-word answer typical teenage" did not stop talking and asked him so many questions. It was lovely to see how invested my son was in it. Jordan answered everything in a way we could understand, without baffling us, and no question I asked was too daft. Even my partner, who usually doesn't stop talking, was quiet for once (added bonus), enthralled and taking it all in.

Jordan was able to use my sons phone with the telescope to take photos of what we were seeing, giving him a lasting memory to look back on.

The experience was educational, mind-blowing but most of all, Jordan made it fun. He also followed it up by giving information on observatories and other well renound areas to visit for stargazing in the UK. Plus, he also took the time to send me information on telescopes that would be suitable for my son as a beginner, so I didn't do a pot-luck guess on Amazon.
If I could ive more stars on the rating, I would. A huge thank you to Jordan for making sure my sons experience gift was enjoyed to the fullest.

I've already booked in for Dec to see the planetary line-up, and I've no doubt I'll book with NOVA again next year too.
As let's be honest, life is all about experiences, and this is one you truly do not want to miss.

This is an amazing experience, Jordan is extremely knowledgeable and his enthusiasm is catching. We learned so much, saw so much. As somebody who watched the moon landings I finally saw 'Tranquility Base' where they landed Apollo 11. My partner was particularly impressed by Sirius 'twinkling like a thousand diamonds' - I quote and Pleiades - the Seven Sisters a mere 440 odd light years away! Thanks Jordan for a memorable evening. This was the first of our 40 events this year to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Let's hope the next 39 are as good.

Had a wonderful experience and a great host Jordan who explained everything and we felt very comfortable asking questions which Jordan answered, he is very knowledgeable and has a great personality! This experience would be suitable for all ages and from beginners to advanced.We got to see so many things , lots of planets, beautiful photos of the moon to keep and even 2 shooting stars, the experience couldn't have been any better, as it was an icy night we were advised to wrap up which we are very glad we took his advice but this didn't affect our experience, would definitely book again in the future, Jordan gave advice about telescopes as we purchased one and he gave tips and what equipment we would need. He also said we can contact at any time for advice, this is great as we knew very little in what we would need. All in all a fantastic experience, thank you so much Jordan.

If you're thinking about stargazing, book with Jordan! My husband and I had the most incredible experience and it truly felt like we were hanging out with a super knowledgeable, easygoing friend. Jordan’s passion for the night sky is infectious and his ability to explain what we could see above us made the experience even more special.

We managed to see multiple planets, constellations and star clusters—it was fascinating to think about everything happening above our heads. Admittedly, my brain was blown (the size of the universe is ridiculous!), and my dreams of magical shooting stars were shattered when Jordan explained what they really are. But honestly, it was such a great evening!

Yes, it was freezing, but totally worth it! So if you’re considering booking him over winter, definitely layer up!
